Office Experience Administrator

Wellington - New Zealand

About us

Modica Group enable businesses across the globe to message their customers quickly, securely and at volume. This might look like streamlining click and collect for online shopping, facilitating text donations for charities, keeping a large workforce up to date at pace, or establishing smart-2 factor authentication for banking apps, just to name a few. Our clever combination of people, process and product allow us to work closely with our clients, helping them understand their customers, supporting better business decision-making.

About the role

Based in our vibrant Wellington CBD office, you’ll provide proactive support, assisting with keeping the office humming, maintaining supplies, co-ordinating meetings and celebrations, and being our health and safety champion.

Love tech? So do we! You’ll be key in helping our tools run smoothly, and if there is a glitch we can count on you to help resolve it.

You’ll be our office go-to person, jumping in to help where needed, be it with our people & culture, marketing, operations, or sales teams.

This is one of those opportunities that can lead to many things; you’ll get hands-on exposure across the organisation.

About you

You’re a people-person and a warm communicator, who is comfortably juggling multiple priorities. You’re curious, ask smart questions, and love to pick tasks up and run with them.

You will also be:

  • Initiative in bucketloads – we want to see your curiosity and proactiveness!
  • A keen attention to detail
  • The willingness to embrace change and be comfortable with some ambiguity
  • A sense of fun and a strong service orientation
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service-related role

We’re a diverse group here at Modica, and we love it.
