Modica’s mobile engagement products allow Mediaworks’ customers to engage via response messages from their mobiles to vote, win prizes, and voice opinions.

Web dashboard real time reporting and analytics on mobile operator network performance, auditable voting results, and trend analysis of each contestant are also viewable.

Modica’s solution provides an interactive mobile application that reliably deals with high volumes of messages.

Using the Voting Solution, Mediaworks processed live votes across multiple channels and calculated contestant results in advertising breaks for the television music competition, X-Factor.

We work closely with Modica and keep a track on what is coming in the future - if there is new technology, we’ll always look to Modica first.
