Logging plays a critical role in maintaining a stable and secure CPaaS platform, as does our monitoring, alerting, reporting, and audit regime.

For customers with demanding security requirements we provide two tools for querying and managing security logs - logfeed and Web Dashboard.

1. Web dashboard is an evolving product and allows you to view and filter logs using a number of tools including;

2. Logfeed is a value added service provided as a structured datafeed allowing customers to retrieve security logs of all defined events taken via our platform. Our security reporting framework is constantly evolving and currently consists of the following event types;

• Authentication & Authorisation
• Events API Activity & Usage
• Access Control & Privilege Escalation
• Infrastructure & Network Events
• Data Access & Modification
• Messaging Activity Anomalies
