Intelligence Centre

The Modica Intelligence Centre allows authorised partners to see an overview of scam, spam and brand spoofing traffic that is identified and blocked on a real-time basis. Think of it as a unified view of multiple attack vectors gathered from a range of data feeds and operational activities via identifying and blocking scam and spam traffic through our systems.

Via our CPaaS Platform, we provide analytics on this traffic by date, blocked status, and a number of other metrics through a web based intelligence centre.

Key metrics highlighted in the Intelligence Centre include:
Messages Sent Total volumes of messages sent without blocking
Messages Blocked How many messages were blocked by the Message Filter
Month-to-date Blocked Messages Visual representation of blocked messages over the current month
Failed URLs How many URLs present in messages failed the URL check
Failed Sender ID How many messages were submitted with an unregistered Sender ID
Failed Restricted Mask How many messages were submitted trying to use a mask that has been exclusively reserved or banned. Message filter blocks all instances of messages that fail this verdict
Failed Campaign How many messages were submitted that match a ‘scam campaign signature’ in our campaign signature registry (meaning the content looks the same)
