About The Role

We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role would ideally suit someone that has had exposure to supporting large Enterprise and/or Government accounts previously and who has outstanding client relationship and customer service skills.

You will be process driven, willing to shoulder your share of the admin tasks, have a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You will assist the mobile operators and client teams in solution design, product demonstrations, pricing, implementation and training.

To many of our customers, you will be the face of Modica, managing the day-to-day client relationship and ensuring seamless delivery of services. We are looking for a team player who is excited about developing their skills in a vibrant, fast paced and rapidly growing business and doesn’t mind getting stuck in.

Day-to-day You Would Be

  • The primary contact to our clients for support and additional services they may require
  • Delivering solutions to customer problems
  • Continue to build customer relationships to encourage growth in the messaging space
  • The global compliance specialists for all aspects of messaging
  • Helping evolve internal processes so that the customer ecosystem developed by Modica is prepared for growth
  • Invoicing customers for the services and products they use
  • Leading projects or pieces of work that may impact customers
  • Providing specialist support for enterprise customers
  • Keep up to date with all new product releases and changes
  • Leading all parts of the SDM lifecycle including service activation and provisioning, product feedback, and project facilitation including documentation and compliance

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience working with customers
  • A strong communicator and active listener
  • A doer who is able to lead and manage pieces of work from start to finish with accuracy
  • Ability to understand complex and technical topics and translate these to non-technical customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced delivery environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly to deliver results
  • A team player who has a great sense of self awareness and empathy
  • A proactive problem solver with a passion for getting things done
  • Confidence working in a smaller team environment to deliver for the customer
  • A natural people’s person that loves a good challenge
  • Ability to take on feedback and be determination for success
  • Experience in a telco environment or knowledge of mobile services would be an advantage but not essential
