Customer Audits Requests

Standard Security Review

This is a 'The Light Touch' review whereby customers can initiate an audit with the expectation that we complete their extensive spreadsheet or using a system of their choice, or an online walkthrough of our attestations. We will also conduct a through of certain documents in the call e.g. penetration testing reports, policies and other similar documents.

Requirements

• The first hour is part of the Modica service and may be bundled with other solutions, after which and hourly consulting fee may apply.
• NDA may be required if they would like to be sent copies of sensitive information
• Statement of work will be required for for work over an above the Standard review

Enhanced Security Review

Some customers have significant security requirements and will ask Modica to work with them on a full external audit of Modica's security posture. This will be provided on a consulting basis and is contracted as a separate service. This includes an internal, external or both audits by the customer i.e. they carry out their own assessment but also may opt to have their external assessor as part of the process. In this scenario, they ask for detailed documentation e.g. inventory list, export of reports and more.
